The landing is a shallow, bay-like area with a slightly sandy bottom. If wet-footing, it is a really easy take-out. If not wet-footing, the rock hopping is kind of difficult. The campsite has quite a bit of grass. There are a couple of flat tent pads down a trail; it looks like they could be muddy in wet weather. There is another possible tent pad by the kitchen. The last tent pad is up the hill; it would be dry, but it is a little rocky and not completely level. It is on the top of the hill and has a great view of the lake. The swimming area was shallow, but the wading area was great for kids chasing minnows.

The kitchen area is about the best part of this one and the only reason for even 2 stars IMHO. Tons of flat rocks...the rest is ho-hum. Good tent pad could be soggy and the other is rocky. What Ben said is also true.
